We are becoming a magnet for "Women Running" with more and more women showing up every Thoisday to the comforts of bucolic East Somerville and the ever "cozy" Khoury's State Spa and it's weekly run/race....
He did'nt whip up a cake this week like he did last week when the regular RD was playing hookey...cause he was busy yelling out times and chattin' with some dames!!!...... but I still gotta mention, he who was probably RD'ing before I was but a mere pup....for doing so much last week(6/25) but getting no credit....Charles "Chuckles,Chaz,Charlie,Chuck' Powers ....call him what you want just don't call him for a Thoisday Nite cause we got him and we're glad!!!!!
We got a couple of young whippersnappers showing up regularly now and boy can they trash talk and I mean of "Larry Bird" proportions...Joshua Barchand a local 16 y.o. brat with some brass you know what's whupped a SRR stud last night..and he didn't let any of us forget it!!!!! Good job, Joshua..
