It's all over but the shouting. Well, even the shouting is over.
All 52 races are in the books, we've found a new Thursday
night sponsor (maybe we should call it Khoury's at Casey's)
and nobody got hit by a car. Now, that's a great year. Alex
Filides started winning the men's races on day one and never
stopped, finishing with an amazing 17 victories and the year's
best time. In the women's division, Nancy Doherty edged out
Claire Ryan for best time, while Carol Lahiff came on strong
to end up with the most victories. Here are the final standings:
