The June 4 meeting of SRR was called to order
by Tom Hagerty at 7:30pm, Khoury's (where else?).
16 members present. One would almost think I copied
this opening sentence almost verbatim from the last month's
minutes. Actually, I did.
Business discussed included:

Corporate Challenge:
Dan Solomon has some volunteers.
This event is on the 29th at
7 o'clock. Events seem to be
under control.

Team Colors: Nancy Given
pretty much has the only new
design, so members will vote on
whether to keep the old design or
adopt the new design. The next
newsletter will show the design.
Maybe members can vote on this
at Khourys each week or we could
put the design proposal on the
web.

Lake Winnepesauke
Relay: Just one unit
reserved so far, contact Tom
Hagerty or Peter Brook
for details.

Membership Database:
About 50 people overdue. We need
to get together this Thursday
after Khourys to put together
the envelopes, stamp it, etc.

Market Square 10K: This is
the next USATF race in Portsmouth.
Need to get up there early
because of the lack of parking.

Pre-Race Run: This
Thursday is the last Khourys
before the Summer Steamer.
There will be some number
pick-ups, so some volunteers
will be needed to help out.

Phone-tree: Need the
updated membership list before
this gets put to work.

24 Hour Relay: This
appears to be on track.
We will be needing volunteers,
though. Contact Janie Ryder or Larry
Horlick. Hoping to certify
the course soon. August 6-7!!
