The July 12 meeting of SRR was called to order by John Evans at 7:30pm, Khoury's (where else?). 22 members present.

Business discussed included:

1. Summer Steamer Wrapup: Some questions to be looked into for next year, such as access, food, chaser truck, etc.
2. 24 Hour Relay: All lights green. Janie and Larry may be needing volunteers. Contact them if you can help.
3. Mill Cities Relay: December 7? Dave McLean and Bob Menzie will be representing us at the next meeting.
4. BAA Jimmy Fund: Dan Solomon looking into it. Sometime in October.
5. Web Site Stuff: Club agreed to try an experimental announcements only email list. Lionel Kervella volunteered to help out with the web site. Thanks Lionel!
6. Phone Tree: 9 volunteers stepped forward to aid with phone duties. My dialing finger thanks you.
7. Lake Winnipesaukee Relay: teams forming up. Contact me for details.
8. Membership renewals: Should be putting date of birth on all application forms. Some discussion about renewing only at the beginning or middle of the year as opposed to all year long. We'll be thinking about it...
9. Vote on uniform change: Well, it was neck and neck for a while, but Classic SRR pulled away from New SRR at the end. We stick with the new colors. Thanks to Nancy Given for offering up the design for the new colors and putting up with all that controversy!
