The August 2 meeting of SRR was called to order
by John Evans at 7:30pm, Khoury's (where else?).

Business discussed included:

Summer Steamer Wrapup: Just have to get the damn budweiser check taken care of. Our long national nightmare is nearly at an end.

24 Hour Relay: All lights green. We need the bullhorn, banner, gatorade buckets, etc. Everything looks good.

BAA Jimmy Fund: Dan Solomon looking into it, still two months away. Dan is also helping out with tax matters.

Web Site Stuff, email list: Going to nix the annual events page, was never getting updated anyway. Administrative work to get the egroups email list up and running is putting me off, looking into another method now.

Membership Renewals: Going to place membership expiration notices on the address label for the newsletter. That should get some attention.

Newsletter: And speaking of the newsletter, we will be recruiting writers to help out Jennifer.
