Business discussed included:

1. Indoor Track: To start on the 16th of November. Still wavering on final choice of venue. Must come to decision very soon.

2. Mill Cities Relay: Next meeting is Nov 19. The club must provide about 5 volunteers. Must have five people for a team to score, no doubling up. Lionel Kervella, Una McKeever, Chris Ahearn want to be captains.

3. Winter Challenge: No update given.

4. GGG Update: Moving along, will need plenty of volunteers.

5. Newsletter Stuff: Aileen Mason and Peter Terhune to assume the helm.

6. Annual Party: flyer to go out to membership when details fully known
