Khoury's Timing Karin T has late work commitments til the end of August so a reliable crew needs to be put together for the next few months. Janet M/Dave B will coordinate through the end of the summer

Lake Winnie Attempting to put together three teams — The Good, The Masters, The Fun. Peter Brook said cost with a night's lodging would be about $70

Welcome package Steve B drafting a letter for new members

Boston Marathon Numbers John Gorvin will look into how to get more numbers for the club. The system has changed on distribution to clubs. Activity and assisting with BAA events is a plus. Short discussion without resolution on how numbers should go to club members - to volunteers or by lottery.

Openers Chris Ahearn has ordered and they should be done shortly

Spitler timing of SRR events. They are interested in timing all three major races; Bay State does it now and gives discount. Sully will talk with Spitler Turns out to be Yankee Timing (Dave Camire & Jim Rhoades) who are interested. (7/21)
