1) money — We have some. We have given 2500 to Cambridge Family Services, and some to North Cambridge Catholic Charities.
2) Races-Of-The-Month:
3) Cones — Tom has ordered 50 cones to be used at races, with "SRR" on them.
4) Thank You Letter — Tom wrote a thank you letter to Khoury's for the pasta party.
5) Gobble Gobble Gobble — Steve Burton and Alison Berglund are race directors this year. Permit application has been submitted and awaiting final OK.
6) Give Track A Chance 2004 — Steve Vaitones will officiate at event, need to work on date.
7) Special K: Aurelio Polci Memorial Run — Date is July 10 — same as Steamer number pick-up.
8) Dilboy Stadium — Apparently state renovation plans have ground to a halt. Talk of getting a major sponsor and local running communities involved.
9) Long Runs — Coordination of and volunteers for hosting long runs has fallen off — need to get this program back into action.
10) Membership Cards — Plans made to create laminated Membership Cards. Tom Hagerty and Nancy Darish are working on various discount programs that the cards will be good for.
11) Mid-September race — Paul Clark and Ed O'Connor have proposed a new race of either 5 miles or 10K in mid-September. Proposal is under discussion.
12) Khoury's course markings — Still need to be remarked (and remeasured — Mile 2 has been paved over).
