1) Gobble, Gobble, Gobble — 1324 finishers... but whose counting! 1500 actually signed up for the race. The club was able to donate $11,000 to charities: Project Soup, Somerville Track PAC, Somerville Auxiliary Police.
2) An Ras Mor — March 14 at 10 am at the Asgard in Cambridge, permits are in order. Word has it that there is a generous beer sponsor.
3) Timing Company Contract Opportunity — After ARM (Spitler will be timing), race dircetors will review options and ask for bids for our 3 major rcaes.
4) Holiday Party — January 23 at the Dilboy in Davis Square. Potluck. I.T. Band will perform. Cost of $5.00. Heather and Tom Hagerty are taking care of details.
5) Special Ks — Aurelio Polci Memorial Run is rescheduled for July 8 (possibly do Summer Steamer # pick-up that night too) We will provide pizza/food for the first three Special Ks (Birthday Run 2/9, Marathon Pasta Run 4/15, Khoury's 20K 5/20). Will discuss the remaining Special Ks at a future meeting.
6) Khoury's Thursday Night Run Safety Issues — Steve Pepe will be buying 30 - 40 reflector vests to have at Khoury's.
7) "Give Track a Chance" Meet — Looks like March? Tom Hagerty is working on this.
