1) Aurelio Polci Memorial Run — Great job was done by race director Jessica Zall. 560 dollars was collected for the Aurelio Fund; the club will donate an additional 440 dollars.
2) Newsletter — Jen Rivers and Michelle McPheron are no longer doing the newsletter. Kathy Hynes and Gary Smith have volunteered to take over. We discussed developing a check list of items that should appear in every issue. The Board of Directors will work closely with Kathy and Gary for the first few newsletters.
3) Special K's — The next one is September 16 — the Double Die. The last one of this year is October 28 — Peter's Prediction Run. We are looking for race directors for these two events. Alison will send out email to SRR group.

5) Membership News — Membership Cards were mailed out last week.
6) Long Runs — Joe O'Leary has volunteered to take over the long run page and organizing. As a fall back, Steve Pepe will be hosting a Sunday morning long run out of Fitness First on Mass Ave in Arlington. If you are interested in hosting a long run on either a Saturday or Sunday, please contact Joe O'Leary and he will post it on the calendar.
7) Summer Steamer Update — Summer Steamer is July 11. The race committee are still desparately seeking volunteers!
8) 24 Hour — Looking for volunteers! Get your teams together and register! Many Ultra's and Marathoners have signed up. Contact Kate, Tim or Gretchen.
9) Gobble, Gobble, Gobble Update — We have the permit and the Burren. Spitler will be timing the race. Sponsorship is being worked on. Contact Steve Burton or Alison Berglund.
