SRR MONTHLY MEETING

1) Club Grand Prix Series:
Adena Schutzbergwill be in charge of our first ever "Grand Prix Series." You must complete 9 R.O.T.M. races and/or USATF Grand Prix races and 3 volunteer oportunities. If you want to participate email Adena. This will also be detailed on web-site and in the news letter.

2) Race Of The Month

3) An Ras Mor — March 13, 2005. A volunteer coordinator is needed. Please contact Paul Clark.

4) Advertising in Newsletter — It was decided after much discussion to start initially with business cards from club members, at a cost of $20.00. Jason gave a proposal listing the pro's and cons of opening the newsletter to advertising, including inserts; after several votes we decided to give people from the club an opportunity to do this, and down the road consider possibly opening the doors to outside vendors, or of not doing it at all.

5) Yearly Budget — Kathy Hynes is working on this.

6) Membership Cards — It was decided not to do them yearly.
