Favorite race distance: 800m. balls to the wall.
Favorite runner: Mike Kearney
Favorite running shoe: I loved the Asics 2070s as a trainer. Spikewise - Asics HyperMD were great.
Average miles per week: Next to nothing as of end of March. Two weeks of 25? building back up. Hope to get back up to 50 and hang out there for the rest of my life.
Most MPW Ever: 75
Best running memory: Winning 2nd fastest heat by out kicking two Navy runners in final straight of 800m at Patriots my senior year and PRing.
Worst running memory: Watching the very next heat put 6 of the 10 runners in front of my time, putting me out of point contention. However, at least I didn't boot after the race.
Running PR's (when and where):
Khourys 25:20 (3/1/07)
5 K 16:05 (10/23/04, CCSU [received Patriot League Runner of the Week])
10 K horrendous distance. Only time I ran it was the fall of '01 at the NCAA qualifier and I told my coach I'd never run it in college again. 35? Not bad but terrible when you go out with everyone else around 5 minute pace. This might have actually been my worst running memory.

Fill in the blank:
I like it when: I'm listening to baseball on the radio while sitting in my Vet Stadium seats on the porch with the grill going having a beer.
I hate it when: We run out of food and only have ¼ inch of spoiled milk and lots of butter in the fridge.
Favorite quote: "There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese." - Coach Finstock, Teen Wolf
"Man, you're at the Wawa and we're at the Seven Eleven." - Coach Cockenberg
Philosophy: Some miles and some beers? Sounds like a plan...
Other: In the above picture, I am riding in the back of a mail van in Belize.
