How long have you been running? Seriously since January 2, 1994.
What made you decide to begin running? I was about 20 lbs overweight and wanted to achieve a new year's resolution by finishing the Boston marathon and I've been hooked ever since.

When / why did you join SRR? Great track workouts and close to home!
