How long have you been running? Since high school.
What made you decide to begin running? Need physical activity, and running doesn't take too much hand-eye coordination.
Did you run competitively in high school? Was on the cross-country team, but using the word "competitively" is a little too much of a stretch, because it implies that I might have been faster than somebody.
Did you run competitively in college? No.
When / why did you join SRR? January, 2009. Looking for some ongoing motivation to stay in shape, and always enjoy finding more people with whom to have pizza and beer.
Total number races: More than the average citizen, less than the average running club member.
Favorite race (and why): The Gobble Gobble Gobble, because it is a great way to start off a day of extreme overconsumption.
Favorite race distance: half marathon
Favorite runner: Anybody who even attempts a race like the Leadville 100.
