What made you decide to begin running? Was getting sick a lot and thought it would help. It did, but I also had cancer which I didn't know. Stopped running, went through treatment and started running again.

Did you run competitively in high school? no

Did you run competitively in college? no

When / why did you join SRR? See you at all the local 5Ks

Total number races: 10 or so

Favorite race (and why): midnight December 31st, ran one of them. Would like to do that again

Favorite runner: all

Average miles per week: 10

Most MPW Ever: no idea

Best running memory: finishing boston for TNT (I'm a Hodgkin's survivor)

Worst running memory: was training for boston on extremely cold day, running into a strong breeze and "Against the Wind" by Bob Seger started playing on my headset radio and I tore a calf muscle shortly thereafter. 1) I cannot listen to that song again and 2) I no longer listen to music while running

Running PR's (when and where):

I run really slow

Favorite time of day: morning
Favorite sport other than running: there are other sports?
Favorite politician: that's like asking for my favorite form of skin cancer

Favorite cocktail: dirty martini, vodka
Favorite car: i once owned a porsche 928 that i liked a lot, but I actually like my Subaru even more

For the men: Ginger or Mary Anne? yes

Fill in the blank: I like it when: I win the lottery and there is world peace
I hate it when: I get killed an eaten by rabid yaks

Philosophy: If I were alive today, I'd be rolling over in my grave
