Other: I resumed my running practice as one of my 60th birthday resolutions after a 30-year hiatus, mostly to work off some of the 30 dessert pounds I had put on over the years, but also because I enjoy the adrenaline from running, even on the coldest days. My days as a middling 7 minute miler are over, but I enjoy the challenges of competitive road racing, Winter Hill, and the banter near the rear of the pack. Special thanks to Joe O'Leary who has been generous with training advice and to SRR members whose encouragement has taken me to distances and paces I could not have imagined two years ago.
