Other: I resumed my running practice as one of my 60th birthday resolutions after a 30-year hiatus, mostly to work off some of the dessert pounds I had put on over the years, but also because I love the feel of running, even on the coldest days. I think that my days of a middling 7.5 minute miler are over, but I enjoy the Khoury runs and the challenges of Winter Hill and dodging traffic and the banter at the rear of the pack as I re-learn how to run. Special thanks to Joe O'Leary who has been generous with training advice.
